1. Thanksgiving Feast with Pyrex

Thank you to Pyrex for sponsoring this post.

I just love Thanksgiving because it’s such a special Holiday bringing your loved ones together around the table. This year I decided to brave the kitchen and try a few “firsts” … making my very first turkey AND my very first homemade apple pie. If you know me well, you know I am usually one to set the table and leave the food to others, so this was definitely taking me out of my comfort zone! But thanks to Pyrex and their incredible selection of bakeware {as well as a few friends who were handy dandy assistants}, I was ready to take on the challenge. At the end of the day I figured whether my attempts came out well or not, my family would know my efforts were made with love!! Some how though, {I think by miracle!} my turkey and pie came out better than I could have ever imagined… and the process of cooking with my friends alongside me made the experience so special and memorable filled with endless laughs in the kitchen. So today I am thrilled to share a look at the finished product… a beautiful table and a delicious Thanksgiving menu, which features all of the Pyrex pieces I used for cooking and display!

Alongside my table I created a bar cart display with Moscow Mules and adorable Maple Leaf cookies! On the bottom shelf you will find more of my Pyrex favorites for storing {or taking left-overs to go!}. Find the storage containers here.

For those of you who are cooking but not hosting I have to recommend the Pyrex® Smart Essentials® Love 6-pc Mixing Bowl Set. Clear glass bowls which make them perfect for serving and easy lids for taking on the go or storing post-meal in the fridge!

Here’s a breakdown of the Pyrex pieces I chose for my feast:

As for the recipes I used… here is the Turkey recipe and here is the Apple Pie Recipe!!

I wish all of you a Happy Thanksgiving… there sure is a lot to be thankful for, first and foremost your loved ones around you!

  3. Thanksgiving Garland & Candle Centerpiece

This year’s Thanksgiving Table decor is one of my favorites. I also love that using faux garlands rather than fresh flowers adds the perk of longevity… yep, I am planning to keep this set for weeks! I am excited to share how I created this beautiful display below. I started by placing a tablecloth on my table {this one is the Baressa Tablecloth by Sferra}. As a follow up to the post, I wanted to share the steps for how I created the lush centerpiece {which is especially perfect for those of you needing a last minute idea for your table!}. The idea for this table started because I wanted to use flowers but didn’t want todo any ‘arranging’.
