Thanksgiving Cocktail & Appetizer Inspiration
The Perfect “No Fuss” Thanksgiving Pairing!! And “No Fuss” is exactly what we need as we head into the Holiday season, am I right?! Today I wanted to share a delicious spread I whipped up in no time using minimal ingredients! Enjoy!!
First up is a delicious cocktail called the Haven Swizzle.
- Add 2 oz RumHaven
- 1 oz Cranberry juice
- 1/2 oz Ginger syrup
- add ice
- Top with 2 oz La Marca Prosecco
- Garnish with cranberries and rosemary for that holiday feel!
To accompany this yummy cocktail, I made a mix of Crostini. I toasted french baguette slices which I topped with olive oil in the oven at 350 for 10 minutes. Then I sliced a light layer of brie on top. Then I alternated my toppings from blackberries and agave drizzle, which is salty and sweet, to brie topped with prosciutto and fig, a bit more savory! The colors compliment the cocktail perfectly!
