Meaningful Beauty Anti-Aging Line by Cindy Crawford

I know I have made it abundantly clear on my Instagram that I just celebrated my 30th birthday, but I haven’t really shared so much on the blog. A lot of people asked me if I was nervous or excited about turning the big 3-0 and to be honest I have been relatively unfazed by it. I am fortunate enough that I am married, have beautiful children, am healthy, have an amazing support system, have a beautiful home, really what more could I ask for, I am beyond blessed. But as I stared at myself in the mirror on my birthday night, it hit me that THIS is the time when your Dermatologist mandates that you incorporate anti-aging products into your regimen, so I decided I needed to get started ASAP.

If you remember from this post with Susan Ciminelli Spa, I am all about one stop-shop-systems. I am a busy mom who doesn’t have time to be searching for separate cleansers, toners, and lotions and wondering how they will work together. Rather I wanted a brand that would carry everything I need to look young and fresh in one swoop, ideally one with products that have multiple functions like moisturizing while adding SPF. I ended up learning about Cindy Crawford’s line, Meaningful Beauty and I was intrigued. I mean, who doesn’t want to look like Cindy Crawford? On her site she sells full monthly kits inclusive of the wash, serum, night creams, lifting gels, eye creams, and even masks, it seemed so simple so I had to give it a go.

Fast forward nearly two weeks and I feel like my usual winter chapped skin is hydrated and glowy. The products are so soft and they smell incredible to boot. So what I am using now in the anti-aging regimen?

To start is the Meaningful Beauty Skin Softening Cleanser, an oil-free, lightweight, anti-aging wash. The product is gentle enough that it won’t strip your skin of its essential oils, but strong enough to use as a makeup remover. I use it in the shower at night and at the sink in the morning. For daytime, the Meaningful Beauty Antioxidant Day Crème is a lightweight yet effective moisturizer packed with Vitamin C. I love that it feels light under my makeup, plus has the benefit of SPF 20 for a busy mamma who never knows when they will hit the sun. Then the Meaningful Beauty Advanced Formula Lifting Eye Crème combats puffiness, dark circles and fine lines during the day and then moisturizes to give your eyes a tightened and lifted look at night. This is the first eye cream I have owned that works for both! The last step is for those wrinkles, crows feet, and smile lines you want covered and filled before you apply makeup. The Wrinkle Smoothing Capsules fill in these creases while simultaneously working to smooth them over-time – it’s better than primer!

For night-time regimen, after washing with the cleanser comes the Meaningful Beauty Crème de Serum, a restorative treatment which combines the power of a serum with the rich, moisturizing effects of a crème. {Added perk: the clear gel features Hyaluronic Acid to hydrate and plump the skin.} And lastly, need something to really give you radiance the next day? Say you have a wedding, event, or simply haven’t gotten enough sleep {a common problem of mine with a 6 month old!}? The Meaningful Beauty Ultra Lifting & Filling Treatment is a dual-action serum designed to lift sagging skin and plump fine lines and wrinkles.  Infused with orchid extract that helps support healthy collagen and elastin production, it gives me more glow than any masks I use!
