Once your baby makes the transition to solids and Whole Milk, you really start spending some time in the kitchen. I spent my fair share of time googling ‘what to feed your one year old’, ‘healthiest toddler foods’, ‘brain foods’, and ‘how much milk should you give your baby’, so I wanted to share the knowledge I learned, as well as a typical menu of what I feed my daughter Reese. If you are approaching this mile marker in your baby’s life, or simply want a mother-to-mother comparison, I hope this helps! Of course I would love to get feedback as to what works for you and your baby as well, so please comment and let me know!!
