Fall Crostini Recipe

Brie Crostini Recipe

To kick off Fall, I created a Reels over on my instagram sharing a look at this yummy crostini tray! Many of you asked for the recipe in your comments, so I wanted to create a dedicated blog post for you to save and reference.

Ingredients:

  • 1 French Baguette
  • 1 Round Brie
  • 1 Pack of Blackberries
  • 1 Pack of Thyme
  • 1 Pack of sliced Proscuitto
  • 1 Pack of whole Figs
  • 1 Bottle of Agave or Honey
  • 1 Container of Pomegranate Seeds

Instructions:

Take your french baguette and slice into small serving pieces on an angle (use the photo above for reference). Place these pieces on a baking sheet and lightly drizzle with olive oil, then pop in the oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. This is simply to make the bread warm and crunchy (if you see the bread browning, take out sooner!). Once ready, place your toasts on your serving board (I chose a long marble serving board – here is a similar one). Now take the round brie and slice into thin triangular pieces and place on top of the crostini. Now for the yummy toppings!! For half of your crostini, top with a single blackberry, a drizzle of agave, and a sprig of thyme; these will be sweet. For the other half, top with 1 small slice of prosciutto (keep in mind you want these to be easy to eat, so don’t put too much!) and 1/4 of a fig; these will be salty and savory! Sprinkle your entire tray with pomegranate seeds for a bit of sweetness and for added color to your presentation! Serve!!
