Host an End of Summer Party

FASHIONABLE HOSTESS TABLE TOP TEA PARTY

As the summer comes to an end, I felt the need to have one last hurrah celebrating everything I love about this warm season. From gorgeous floral prints, to Rosé drinks {whether it be champagne or wine}, and pastel colors {which are easily brought to the table via yummy macarons}. This table makes me feel like I am lunching with a modern day version of Marie Antoinette. “Let them eat cake”… I mean macarons!

Since my table was so dainty and sweet, I kept my center pieces minimalist by taking three Juliska votives {similar} and placing a single pink carnation stem in each. Next I placed small bread plates at each table setting and provided a little treat, macarons, rather than sliced bread! Also a fun touch of yellow comes from my lemon wedge garnish on my Villeroy & Boch water glasses. This party wouldn’t have been complete without an ice cold bottle of Rosé Veuve Clicquot which I served in stemless champagne flutes. Cheers to one last summer celebration!
