Totally inspired by last Friday’s Pink Floral Arrangements Post, I put together one of my favorite {and in my opinion} prettiest table setting posts to date. It began with a trip to the Flower market to create a pink peony and ranunculus floral arrangement. Then back home, I layered prints on prints; first my geometric tablecloth and then pastel watercolor placemats.
Since becoming pregnant, I have not stopped dreaming about the bottles of Rosé Veuve Clicquot sitting in my wine fridge, so I decided to put these out on display – oh my lucky guests! Then to match this high-end choice of bubbly, I used my most elegant champagne flutes, the Juliska Amalia Flutes. For water glasses, I chose my Pier 1 water glasses {The Kara Tumblers}, which people assume are Juliska – such a steal, while tying back in the girly vibe by placing pink and white striped straws in each water glass.
One indulgence for the pregnant lady though are the gorgeous Maggie Louise Confections chocolates. Her new “Glow Chocolate Charm Box” comes with almost-too-beautiful-to-eat pink lipsticks and lips!
Rather than a classic flatware arrangement, I wanted to add a fun new element to the table. I secured each fork and knife together in an “X” with a crystal blue stretch bracelet, then placed a bright tulip right on top. If you don’t own stretch bracelets, a pretty ribbon would do the trick! Lastly, I wanted guests to take home a girly party favor, so I fell in love with the boxes of Sugarfina Champagne Gummy Bears; the color couldn’t be more complimentary on my table!
