This past weekend was the much awaited Baby Shower of Baby Gluck. It was a beautiful brunch hosted by the two grandmothers-to-be. Everything from the baby shower decor, to the food, to the company was incredibly special.

You may want to take some notes if you are planning baby shower decorations, planning a DIY baby shower, or simply want to assist in hosting a chic baby shower because everything they did made this the cutest shower I have attended to date!

They had custom cookies for give-away party favors by Gotham Cookies {a company that allows you to choose your flavors and custom packaging!}.

They decorated the tables with books, toys, and blocks which I took home and used to decorate the nursery! Post-shower I had a full bookshelf of books and toys!

Rather than simply having me open gifts, they had each attendee stand up and say why their gift made them think of me… {ie. you are fashionable so Baby Gluck clearly needed Baby Uggs!} It made it so much fun!

My grandmother made a special speech announcing she had gotten me the “Cadillac of Strollers” the Bugaboo Cameleon 3!

For the baby shower menu they created a custom menu with all of my favorite brunch picks. And at the top of my menu it read “Special Cheers for Baby Gluck”. I loved having it as a memento.

They served mocktails + cocktails for guests to enjoy.

So at the end of the day, we lived, loved, and laughed endlessly. It was a day I will always cherish.
