I love dips. You can use them with veggies, with proteins, on salads, as extra sauces when your dish is bland, the possibilities are endless. Store bought ones secretly pack in the salt and sodium, so I love making my own at home so I can monitor the ingredients {check out my red pepper hummus too!}. This one specifically is incredibly healthy (almost like a light version of guacamole) and very low on sodium! But the best part of this dip specifically is that it takes under 5 minutes to make thanks to my handy dandy mini Kitchen Aid food processor – could it be ANY CUTER?! {Another option here} You seriously need to invest in one of these stat if you don’t own one because your dips and sauce selection will increase times 10!! So here we go for this delicious dip. Oh! And if you are looking for a yummy protein compliment, check out my Cilantro Lime Shrimp Recipe!
