Ingredients: (serves 1)
- 1 cup of mixed green
- 1/2 cup cooked string beans
- 1/2 tomato sliced
- 2.5 ounces of grilled tuna
- 2 lemon wedges
- Salt & pepper
- Olive oil & Balsamic vinegar
Directions: Fill your bowl with greens. Delicately place your string beans, tomato, and tuna on top. Add 2 tablespoons of Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil, a sprinkle of salt & pepper. Garnish with lemon wedges.
