Sparkling Pink Lemonade Cocktail

Summer Time Pink Lemonade Recipe

One of my favorite girly party drinks… a Sparkling Pink Lemonade Punch. Perfect for Bridal Showers, Ladies Lunch, or even a BBQ! Seriously the simplest recipe, but tastes like summer sweetness. Serve it up in beautiful glasses, a glass pitcher, and fresh raspberries for garnish, and you have a perfectly pink party!

Sparkling Pink Lemonade Cocktail Recipe:

  • 1 (12-oz.) can frozen pink lemonade {ie. Minute Maid}
  • 4 cups white cranberry juice cocktail
  • 1 (750-milliliter) bottle extra-dry Champagne or sparkling wine
  • 1/4 cup orange liqueur {ie. Triple Sec or Curaçao}
  • Garnish {any of the following}: Lemon wedges for your glass rim, raspberries, strawberries, and fresh mint stalks

Prefer a non-alcoholic version for a Baby Shower? Swap the chamagne and liqueur for 4 cups white cranberry juice cocktail and 1 qt. club soda!

  1. The recipe mentions “1/4 cup orange liqueur for club soda”. I don’t understand “for club soda”. Can you please clarify this?

    Thank you.

    1. Hi Sydni! Typo on my end and now fixed 🙂 I meant to write 1/4 cup orange liquer {and now added two examples!} xxx
