Having friends over for wine and a few sweet bites can be a lot of work {especially the picky ones!}. We all have a friend or two that is gluten fee {especially with the New Years diets circulating} so choosing a dessert everyone will eat has become a serious feat! Have no fear though, because I have found the perfect solution with fondue! Warm for winter, a fun activity, and woohoo, gluten-free! To create my fondue I used Scharffen Berger’s 70% Cacao Bittersweet Baking Bars for the chocolate and then an array of dipping options, from fresh fruits to cookies and biscuits. I love that the health-conscious gals have the options of the fruits, while the few more indulgent can choose a sweeter path. Then don’t forget to have a Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir handy to serve alongside! While friends can be #wonderfullycomplicated, I am obsessed with this yummy and super cute display as an easy solution! Have fun dipping!
