New Year, New Blues

While I loved the sleek look of black and white on our patio (see the “before” here) when we first moved into our home, I felt like I wanted a fresh coastal vibe for the new year. Creating a fresh look can be super simple when you have timeless and neutral furniture pieces like my Frontgate St. Kitts furniture set, so on my todo list was to update our outdoor rugs and outdoor pillows from blacks to blues.

I have shared my obsession with the site Rugs.com several times on my site and instagram because the prices are unbeatable and the quality is fantastic. To replace my 7×10 outdoor rug was only $149… a steal! For my new rug I chose the Jill Zarin Napa Rug. I actually bought two, one for each end of my patio. For pillows, I swapped my blacks for blues, and I picked a whole bunch outdoor and Preformance fabric options available online to shop at the bottom of this post.

A few other noteworthy pieces on our patio… the Ensoleille Tables, our black lanterns (a dupe of the Circa lighting Darlene Lantern.)
