Designing our Kids Bathroom

I am sooo excited to share the design and the finished look of our kids bathroom in our new home, and it came to life in partnership with Overstock.com!!

In our new home, our boys will share a bathroom so I wanted to design something fresh and bold that both they and WE would love showing off! I am just loving rich blue tones throughout the house, and paired with gold fixtures and gold lights, I knew it would be a home run, so I started browsing the Overstock website. Here is the inspiration rendering I created with my finds:

My Overstock Finds

On Overstock.com you can choose vanities that have a “custom” look at fantastic prices!! The 60″ Tennant Brand Felton Navy Blue Finish Double Sink Bathroom Vanity that I chose as the new vanity for the bathroom is incredibly elegant with Fairy White quartz countertops and two white under mount porcelain sinks. Paired with Brushed Gold Faucets, the finished look is impeccable!

Then to give the bathroom a more modern look I wanted individual mirrors instead of a mirrored wall, so for above the sinks I chose two Round Mirrors (I just love the metal frame with the elegant accent ring at the top differentiating it from the many circular mirrors online!). Then my favorite detail is the lighting!! The two 3-light vanity light fixtures above each mirror looks so chic, especially with the clear glass finish.

To complete the look, I did a gold shower head and gold towel bar. And let me tell you, gold bathroom accessories can be hard to find, so I was thrilled to make this a one stop shop!! Overstock also has a variety of bathroom accessories from towels and bath mats, to art work which I picked out to finish the look (shop them below)!!
