Cinco de Mayo Quarantine Style
I decided to set up a little Cinco de Mayo spread for me and my husband to enjoy and wanted to share because it really came out so perfect!!
On the menu – Lolea Sangria (which is a really delicious pre-made Sangria in a beautiful bottle) that I served in coupe glasses with ice and added festive and fruity garnishes of watermelon triangles, strawberries, and lime wedges.
Then I made a Cince de Mayo inspired Cheese Board for two with Cabot Cheddar cheese (sliced on one end of the board and cubed on the other), guacamole and plantain chips, and strawberries and limes for a bright and festive garnish.
My flowers are a collection of faux stems from Floral which I placed in a Juliska carafe alongside gold candlesticks. It really couldn’t be a more perfect simple way to celebrate at home. Cheers!
