Football season is here! I must admit that this time of year wasn’t always something I looked forward to, in fact it used to be a huge struggle because my husband sat glued to the TV all Saturday and Sunday, rarely coming up for air. I quickly realized if you can’t beat them, join them. So I started hosting fun tailgate parties alongside my laser focused husband, with a hearty lunch, endless snacks, and of course lots of drinks. Our house quickly became “the” place to go… dare I even say the guys thought I was cool? {It was probably in my head!}. One goal was that I always tried to coordinate the plates, napkins, and even food with my husband’s team colors, but this year I really took it up a notch. WhiteElephant Designs came out with these fab assortment of tailgating party pieces in acrylic {great for indoor/outdoor/and messy men}. For today’s spread I chose 16 oz govino beer glasses with Tennessee T’s, a monogrammed acrylic tray that says GO VOLS to display treats, and an acrylic ice bucket with the state of Tennessee for a few beers.
