Seriously I am LOVING decorating my house for Fall. I decorated my front steps and foyer table, my living room fireplace mantel, so I had todo a little something on my back patio for all of my outdoor dinner party guests to admire. I brought this Target bar cart on to my patio the last time I had an event so I could have a drink station, but have left it out there because it is such a cute accent piece! I now love to rotate how I decorate it based on the season and holiday! It was a hit for summer {with summer cocktails} and now it looks perfectly Fall thanks to a mix of pumpkins and candles.
To create the look I chose two tall candles, a copper pitcher from Pier1, and a sweet chalkboard sign reading “Gather Family & Friends” {that I used on this Fall table} on the top shelf. Then I recently got into dried lavender {such a good flower buy since it requires no water, lasts forever, and smells so good!!} so I put a small vase on the cart and tied a bow with straw around the vase. Then I placed an assortment of pumpkins on the floor and bottom level of the cart. I always like to mix up my heights, so I placed two little white pumpkins {these I spray-painted white because I couldn’t find in stores} on a cake stand on a pile of Magnolia leaves that I spray-painted gold.
I placed a bottle of Santa Margherita Chianti Classico out for the shoot because it is a great Fall wine {especially served back to braised and grilled meats and savory sauces}, plus the bottle color is a great compliment to the bright orange colors I have in the orange pumpkin and copper vase. I guess you could say the overall look is relatively simple, but I love the little touches to instantly make the space feel Holiday-ready! Before you know it I will be swapping out the white pumpkins for more orange in prep for Halloween! Shop the cart and details below!
