Summer Lunch is served
This past weekend I whipped up the healthiest and most gorgeous lunch on our patio and I couldn’t wait to share all the details. Here’s what was on the menu… avocado toast served on a delicious sourdough multigrain bread from Zak the Baker which I placed on a herringbone cutting board. Juicy watermelon surrounded by strawberries, cherries and raspberries that I served on a rectangular white serving platter. And to drink, Sarah’s Homegrown Juices, a line of healthy “agua frescas” in the most delicious combos!
I decorated my console display with gold lanterns, the most beautiful bright floral arrangements from Farm Girl Flowers, and served lunch alongside small plates and gold flatware (here are links for similar plates and flatware.). The lunch was shockingly easy to whip up and the perfect meal for friends of all ages!! Looking forward to whipping this up all summer long.
