Giving Thanks
Last night I led a Virtual Cheese Board Crafting Class where all ticket sale proceeds were donated to the organization @achievemiami. (Click over to their profile to see the amazing things they are doing for children in Miami.)
There is no better feeling than giving back and I felt honored todo so alongside @ellmanwine and @cabotcheese who donated product to the event.
For the evening’s event I wanted to create a cheese board that would work beautifully for a Thanksgiving celebration. Here is a look at the finished board which incorporates some of my favorite Fall decorative elements like pinecones, dried cherries, cinnamon sticks, and cranberries. It’s these details that can transform your board season to season.
Here is what’s on my board:
- Red Seedless Grapes
- Brie
- Cabot Sharp Cheddar (cubed and sliced)
- Salami with toothpicks
- Multigrain crackers
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- rosemary
- Dried cherries
- pinecones and faux leaves
I featured my display on a wooden board from Target {linked here}.
Cheers to the season of giving!! I hope you enjoy this beautiful board for the holiday.
