Passion Fruit Frosé

Passion Fruit Frosé

With the temps warming up and Memorial Day around the bend, it’s time to start prepping for this Spring/Summer’s frosé season. And this year I am updating my classic frosé recipe with Passion Fruit!! I can’t imagine a more fun drink to whip up for guests while hanging by the pool or to accompany a Sunday brunch on the patio!! And best of all, you can make the recipe at your leisure and leave in the freezer several days in advance, giving you less stress come party time!

Passion Fruit Frosé Recipe

Ingredients (serves 8):

  • 1.5 cups passion fruit juice
  • 1/2 cup Aperol
  • 8 teaspoons sugar
  • 4 cups Sparkling Rosé
  • edible flowers for garnish

Add all ingredients (except flowers) to an 8 x 5 glass bread pan, stir well, and place in the freezer overnight. Using an ice cream scoop, carefully scoop out mixture and place into a coupe glass. Add an extra splash of Sparkling Rosé if you wish, then garnish with edible flowers.
