With the start of a new season, I have begun to swap out my summer go-to’s in lieu of Fall. So today I wanted to share a new favorite, the Nambé Eco Collection. How chic is this cheese platter in black granite with champagne handles! Then the Eco Rose Bowl {ie. the flower vase in these pics} is one of my favorites; it’s actually two separate pieces, a glass bowl that sits on top of a champagne satin finish base.
Our new weekend norm as we head into Fall is a swap from light weight cheeses like mozzarella to a richer selection of manchego and parmigianno regianno on my new cheese board, which I lay on a bed of thyme sprigs. Alongside, I place cracked pepper Carrs crackers and small dish of unsalted almonds. Then bye bye to Rosé and hello to Sauvignon Blanc {I am in Miami after all, and am not quite ready for a heavy red wine in this heat!}. Then I am still holding onto some color with baby blue hydrangeas in my eco rose bowl, although I do love the look of white roses next to this mix! Another favorite in the collection is their eco serveware bowls for salads of spinach, cranberries, and feta if I am hosting a dinner party.
It’s hard to believe it’s already Fall, but on the flip side, that means we will have a ton of Holiday entertaining posts on the horizon! Stay tuned!!
