Last week I was crazy busy attending some of my favorite brand’s events in NYC {Make sure you check out my recap from Baccarat‘s event as well!}. The Grand Opening of the Luxury Living / FENDI Casa Showroom in NYC hosted by Margaret Russell, Editor in Chief of Architectural Digest, along with Luxury Living‘s CEO Alberto Vignatelli was an especially memorable one. The actual showroom space equates to 11,000 square feet of stunning furniture. 11,000 square feet is large anywhere but it is an absolute monstrosity in New York – I arrived with my friends Mad Wolf and Unbuttoning Pants and I was terrified if we left each other we may not reconnect for hours. But the real highlight was the actual furniture. Room after room of FENDI couches, rugs, chandeliers, ottomans, and dressers, I had to keep my mouth from dropping as I fell in love over and over. And the best part was you could plop down and get cozy {which I clearly did in a stunning chair – see below!}. The most notable piece though was a white croco-embossed piano – I am totally adding that to my Sophisticated Humble Abode Pinterest Board.
