This weekend I am so excited to be hosting a Kentucky Derby Party at the #MiaChateauFH for friends alongside Stella Artois. With the launch of their new “cidre” I can’t wait to whip up a whole slew of cocktails to match our big floppy hats, seersucker pants, and game day fun! Today I wanted to share an incredibly easy and seriously delicious Beer Bellini that the Stella Artois team shared with me for race day. While I am not usually a beer drinker, I cannot get over how delish this drink is! You better believe I will be serving it Saturday, so I wanted to share with you guys, and stay tuned for a recap of my game day decor and fun on my instagram this weekend!

Pitcher Perfect Cocktail Recipes: {Credit: Marc Stroobandt, Master Beer Sommelier}

Stella Artois Cidre Bellini

Ingredients:

• 8 oz. pear juice or pear puree
• 16 oz. Stella Artois Cidre

Directions: Mix ingredients together. Pre-chill wine glasses or champagne flutes with ice cubes and discard the ice before pouring in the cocktail. Garnish with lemon wedges!
