Just in time for Labor Day, I wanted to share this beautiful Bubbly Brunch I whipped up in collaboration with Mionetto Prosecco. On the menu: Orange Juice and Strawberry Lemonade MioMosas (Mimosas made your way with Mionetto!) alongside a Bagel Bar with all the toppings!!
I dressed up my bar by creating a backdrop of fresh eucalyptus branches filled with bright yellow and baby pink roses. Then for a finishing touch, I placed sliced grapefruits and oranges in front. It’s a super easy display to put together but has a lot of wow factor!! My hostess tip: If you use fresh eucalyptus branches, be sure to tuck the stems behind your bottles, carafes and bagel stand, so the green leafy parts are most visible. For an even easier route, opt for a faux garland, which can be recycled into the holiday months!!
Then I love the way the Bagel Bar came out!! It was my first time using a 3-tier platter to display a Bagel Bar and it came out too cute!! I used the bottom tier for pre-sliced bagels, the middle tier for Lox, and the top tier for sliced tomatoes and cucumbers, halved hard boiled eggs sprinkled with chives, and chive and plain cream cheese.
My expert hostess tip is to display your MioMosas juices in pretty carafes as well as pre-pour a few mimosas so you can hand them out as guests arrive. Lastly, be sure to place a little bowl of raspberries on the side for garnish.
