Low Fat Yogurt and Fruit Parfait


The perfect breakfast treat to serve at brunch and also great for a picnic {because the mason jar tops make for easy travel}, I absolutely love this easy and pretty recipe!

FH Yogurt Parfait Ingredients:

  • 1 cup organic vanilla low fat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup organic blueberries
  • 1/4 organic strawberries sliced
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coconut flakes

Instructions: Start with a mason jar and fill with yogurt. Next place in blueberries and then strawberries. Sprinkle with sliced almonds, followed by chia seeds, and lastly coconut flakes. Enjoy right away or seal with lid to take on the go!
