I know you saw my love of baby rompers {especially well-priced ones from Old Navy} in my last FHB BBQ Style Post, so you shouldn’t be surprised that as I went shopping for the perfect “camp” outfits for Reese, I ended up in the same aisle! First of all, yes, Reese goes to camp! I know it sounds a tad ridiculous and I guess it is, after all she is only 17 months old! It’s twice a week for an hour and a half and the kids are so young they are even required to attend with a care-taker! But seriously it’s adorable! They sing, they play, Reese learned to paint, she didn’t eat the play-doh (after being reminded a few times), they go to “gym” where they run around on a tumble track and push cars… she is basically exhausted afterward, aka. mission accomplished.
But anyways, I needed easy, comfortable, and cute things to throw on her, so when I saw this Old Navy Star-Print Chambray Romper, I was like “Done!”. Oh, and there’s the added perk that it has snaps underneath so you can easily change a diaper… I find myself wishing MY rompers came with this sneak door for runs to the restroom. I love that this one has a tomboy kind of fit… almost like an updated pair of overalls. The perfect complimentary hair style was pigtails of course. To finish off the look, I picked up some new Old Navy Sandal Jellies in grey – they go with everything and easily close with a snap… who has time to be tying laces when your kid is on the move?
