Last week I recapped the event I hosted with BJ’s Wholesale Club and shared how I used all BJ’s products to style an NYC apartment AND host a party for NYC editors and bloggers. For the party we served BJ’s exclusive brand Wellsley Farms for the event’s food and drinks {I mean, of course we did, they have everything!!}. So today I wanted to share one of my favorite appetizer recipes that I was inspired to whip up with their products once I got home!
The recipe calls for Wellsley Farms whole wheat baguette, Wellsley Farms goat cheese, honey, and slivered candied almonds!
Ingredients:
- Wellsley Farms whole wheat baguette
- Wellsley Farms Goat cheese
- Wellsley Farms Organic Blue Agave or Wellsley Farms Organic Honey
- Slivered candied almonds {Wellsley Farms actually has a fabulous nut and trail mix section!!}
Directions:
- Slice your baguette as I did in personal pieces and bake to give it just a bit of crispiness and color at 350 for 10 minutes. If you are too tight on time, skip the baking!
- Slather on a layer of goat cheese.
- Drizzle honey on top in a zig zag.
- Sprinkle with slivered almonds and serve on a flat dish or tray as seen below.
- Serve at your coffee table as a delicious appetizer or place in the center of your dinner table as an alternative to bread rolls! Enjoy!
