After decorating my mantel for the Holidays {see here}, I couldn’t wait to swap my foyer from Fall to Holiday as well. I took out an array of gold and white vases to house some of my favorite Holiday flowers and plants, and then I headed to Import Flowers {my go-to spot for flowers in Nashville} where I found the most stunning boxwood wreath. To compliment my festive look I wanted to be cozy and chic, kind of like the new display. I chose my new M. Gemi Onda Boots which I also wore in this post paired back to a chunky sweater from IRO and Frame denim skinnies.
My favorite Holiday flowers include Ilex berries and Tiger Lillies for tall arrangements and white hydrangeas for smaller or shorter arrangements. I also love small rosemary trees {which smell even better than they look!} to mimic small Christmas trees. To decorate the foyer I decided to place a cluster of items on my entry table, each vase with a different height flower. On the ground alongside my settee {this one is custom, but here are similar settees here and here}, I placed a Simon Pearce anemone vase with more Ilex berries and Rosemary Branches and a Rosemary Tree in a Robert Siegel Studio bowl! The finishing touch was hanging a boxwood wreath from my stairwell. It is the focal point when you come in the front door!
As for my outfit, I am in love with my new boots by M. Gemi and they have become my go-to for day-to-night outfits. M. Gemi shoes are handmade in Italy and they release a selection of brand new handcrafted styles every single Monday, rather than the traditional seasons in luxury retail. I chose the Onda Boots because I wanted a comfortable heel and absolutely love the tassel detail! I am looking forward to many Holiday celebrations in these boots showing off my fab new foyer decor.
