Right when I moved to Nashville I met Mary Huddleston the owner and founder of Please be Seated, a Luxury Event Rental Company. We immediately clicked lunching over party stories, decor concepts, and being mothers {our daughters are the same age}. So when she mentioned partnering for an upcoming photo shoot showcasing her new bars and ghost chairs to create the perfect feminine wedding vignette, I was excited to volunteer myself to style it!
Debuting in the shoot where Please Be Seated’s new bar, the Vivian Bar Facade which is a gorgeous natural wood bar with a custom panel design {with white and grey trim} and her Casper Arm Chairs, white lucite armchairs {a sleek Philippe Starck design}. Right upon learning of the items, I immediately got to work creating an inspiration board with a endless blush and super girly details. This included a shimmery blush tablecloth, vintage china, cupcake stands {filled with pink and white cupcakes}, a drink dispenser filled with pink lemonade cocktails, and a bouquet composed of pink roses, carnations, and babys breath. The finished product was everything I dreamed it would be and more {and we even got a surprise visitor on set to make a cameo!}. Stay tuned Wednesday for the men’s side we styled, and Friday’s post which is a “shop the look” for you DIY brides!
