There are so many occasions to celebrate – engagements, promotions, birthdays – and there is no better way to say ‘Congrats’ than with a Champagne Toast. I love to be the one to celebrate my friends and family successes when these exciting times arise, but putting together a full blown dinner party can get exhausting. Fortunately I found a happy medium – “A Champagne Celebration.” It’s a party with a simple appetizer menu; here I chose a cheese platter, fresh baked olive bread, and olives, accompanied by the fanciest of bubbly.
For the table, a simple black and white theme with a minimalist floral arrangement and minimal plates and silverware – because I would rather we focus our efforts on the sipping anyways. This set-up allows guests to get comfortable around the table rather than hanging around the couch, but gives you a break from cooking all day! With this easy table, I hope you are inspired to host and toast a few more celebrations in your home!
