For this year’s Mother’s Day celebration, I partnered with Sterling Vineyards Wines to host a brunch party that was perfectly elegant, feminine, and packed with endless delicious treats. I must say I am so in love with the end result I can hardly contain my excitement! I decided to create this dreamy setup right on my patio because I had just hung my new Darlana Light Fuxture and the table has a beautiful view overlooking the pool! To create my tablescape I chose a tablecloth from Mode Living and a speckled gold table runner from Minted as my base, then I layered magenta chargers and gold rimmed plates at each seat {I found similar options to shop at the bottom of this post!}. For flowers, Pistils & Petals, a floral design company based in Miami, created this stunning arrangement after I sent photos of my initial designs and color story! The lush mix of roses, tulips, and pink hydrangea could not have matched more perfectly. A true celebration required Sterling Vineyards Brut at each setting, which I served in my Anthropologie champagne coupes. Tying back to the gold rims, I love this gold flatware; it is so elegant!
For food I covered all of the salty and sweet categories, starting with a egg quiche followed by a home-made carrot bundt cake which I drizzled in cream cheese frosting. I also interspersed little bowls of gourmet candy by Sugarfina throughout the table. At each place setting I placed a mini cake stand with a guava cupcake {how cute is that little heart sprinkle?!} from Misha’s cupcakes. I pulled a bar cart alongside the table with extra Riedel Cabernet glasses and white wine glasses as well as more drink options, like Sterling Vineyards Sauvignon Blanc {my personal favorite because it pairs perfectly well with all cheeses and has aromas of white peach!} as well as the Cabernet Sauvignon for guests to enjoy!
I just truly adore this pink and gold mix!! Happy Mother’s Day lovelies!
