Host a Cinco de Mayo Party

With Cinco de Mayo right around the corner, I wanted to share a fun Cinco De Mayo Party set-up I put together on my back patio! To kick things off, I welcomed guests with a red wine sangria bar which I placed in this drink dispenser. And since we were outdoors I stuck to plastic glasses – how fun are these gold chevron ones!! Then I just love a light box {can we say #instanecessity} so I wrote “Fiesta Time!” for a fun photo opp. Of course I had to have lots of fun with color and props… I placed Kim Seybert beaded placemats along my consoles {how gorgeous is the beading!!}, and Lula Flora has the cutest mini piñatas {among other fun party supplies, like the little flags and cactus on a stick!}, so I sprinkled those throughout my display!

For lunch I made a range of steak, chicken, and veggie tacos. I bought this taco holder on amazon to make the display pretty but also easy for guests to grab! Then the usual festive go-to’s… chips and guacamole, salsa, and black beans. Alongside the display I placed plates and napkins – can we talk about how amazing the Flamingo napkin rings are?! So perfect for Spring/ Summer parties!! So overall, simple, but the little details and props make it super fun! Looking forward to next week!
