This Easter,ย I love the idea of assembling a simple Spring table accentuated by aqua and pastels that give off a welcoming, yet casual, feel.ย Mixing casual dinnerware is the key to pulling this off, especially if you plan to take the party outside or plan to make this a family affair {with young kids!}. Then, to add the perfect Easter accent, I loveย these adorable Pottery Barn bunny candy dishesย packed with pastel M&M’s. Read on for how this Easter tablescape came together.
I created this lunch-time look starting with white dinner plates layered under turquoiseย Pottery Barn salad plates, and then miraculouslyย I found Kim Seybert beaded placemats that matched the salad plates to a tee! On top of my salad plates I placed Kim Seybert greek key linen napkinsย withย Pier1 hammered gold napkin rings. To accompany the gold accents I choseย West Elm gold flatware. The final touch were my Juliska footed water goblets topped with fresh lemon wedges for an extra pop of Spring color. My new Robert Seigel Studio vase matched as well with its gold rim, which I filled with a simple white arrangement consisting of white Hydrangeas, Tulips, and Football Mums.
For dessert I was inspired by my Pinterest Board todo a donutย buffet on my gold bar cart.ย {In case you missed it, I became obsessed with my newย bar cart over St. Patrick’s Day and have used it for endless entertaining since!}. I placed a tower of pink, white and sprinkled donuts {from Dunkin Donuts – don’t tell anyone!!} on my 12″ Buttercream Cake Standย alongside moreย Pottery Barn bunny candy dishes. I filled the bottom level of my cart with cocktail and champagne options should anyone choose to enjoy some spirits over lunch.
Hopefully this Easter will be warm and sunny allowing everyone to take this party outside, although given this example, being indoors wouldn’t be the worst option either!
Wishing you and your family a Happy Easter!
A special thanks to Pottery Barn for partnering with me on this post.
