I, the Fashionable Hostess and Arielle, the Nutritionist behind BeWellwithArielle.com teamed up to host a series of Dinner Parties called Delicious & Decadent Dinners. I am excited to share a recap of one of our recent events.
The Delicious and Decadent Spring Detox Dinner was the perfect event to kick-off Spring time, from Be Well with Arielle‘s ‘detox-concious’ menu (because I think we all need a cleanse before bikini time) to my mission to design a colorful and playful day-to-night decor. It was a wonderful event and to top it off, a portion of the proceeds went towards the Liya Kebede Foundation, a charity near and dear to us. Here’s a brief recap…
Spring Detox Soiree Menu:
Cocktail: Don Julio “Pretty n’ Pink” Palomas
Hors d’oeuvres: Dusted Coconut Stuffed Dates with Almonds & Plantain Chips
Salad: Market Micro-greens and Purple Kale with Fresh Market Apples and Sliced Manchego dressed with a Citrus Vinaigrette
Entree: Lemon-Poppyseed Wild Coho Salmon
Side: Quinoa with Green Market beets, toasted pistachios and fresh mint
Dessert: Home-made Chocolate-Covered Salted Spelt Pretzels
