Casual & Cozy Thanksgiving
Each year we spend Thanksgiving with our family in Nashville so this year before leaving town we decided to have a little Thanksgiving gathering with our Miami family. Since the weather in Miami could not be more beautiful right now, I decided to throw the casual dinner on our patio.
I picked up a few new pieces from Serena & Lily to decorate my table. A mix of the round Scalloped Cadiz Hurricanes in small and large which I placed throughout the center of the table. Beautiful on their own or with tea candles, the capiz shells illuminate with a soft warm glow in the evening.
Another favorite are the two Dip-Dyed Cake Stands. Handcrafted of reclaimed European timber, the stands bring a rustic-chic vibe to the table. I used them as display a rustic Thankful sign and a glass turkey to welcome guests and then later used to display desserts!!
Over on the console, I filled the Bedford Tray with more Scalloped Hurricanes and a mix of Pumpkins.
What are your plans for Thanksgiving? Are you doing something elaborate or more casual? Be sure to check out my full Thanksgiving section for more tablescape and serving ideas!!
