Blue Crush

In the summer time I have a serious “blue crush” and am craving pops of blue all around the house. So today I wanted to a share a round up of recent posts that feature this gorgeous summer shade. From dinner parties to bedding, the color has been making an appearance all over my home and I am loving every minute of it. I hope some of these posts inspire you to add a bit of blue to your own home!

Dinner Party

Starting with the perfect summer dinner party table. Casual and simple blue floral arrangements, elegant dishes, and embroidered Juliska napkins. See the full post on Fashionable Hostess here.

Casual Dining

Another summer dinner party I threw recently was out on the patio with the most gorgeous blue melamine plates {from Joss & Main}. These super casual pieces go to show that keeping it casual doesn’t mean you need to slack on style! Find all the beautiful details and a must-have shopping listΒ here.

Pool Party

The perfect way to dress up your outdoor party foods and drinks is by displaying them on fun runners and trays. Here, in shades of blue, I found gorgeous ones by Kim Seybert {the Tulum Beaded Table Runner}and Frontgate {the Quatrefoil Tray}, which perfectly match the hues in my outdoor rug as well as the pool backdrop. See this festive fiesta on Fashionable Hostess here.

Bedroom

Heading indoors to our bedroom, I updated our bedding for summer to these gorgeous shades of blue with the stunning French bedding company, Yves Delorme. See my full bedroom and some of my other Yves Delorme finds in this Fashionable Hostess post.

Accessories

Then remember a few months back I designed this new built-in open shelvingΒ unit for our kitchen. Well, it looks perfectly styled for summer thanks to endless fab blue accessories. From blue coral {similar}, to blue canisters, to this stunning Jonathan Adler Newport Teapot, I get endless compliments on my accessories!
