As you saw in the #FHGardenTeaParty Recap {see here}, I served two incredibly delicious Spindrift Cocktails at the luncheon. Spindrift, my go-to Sparkling Water which is made with real squeezed fruit, is my favorite drink in the warmer temps. And being so light and refreshing, I thought they would also be a fab mixer for some light cocktails to serve poolside at my party. Today I wanted to share what I made because they are so delish and so PRETTY.
My menu included two drinks, a Sparkling Lemon Drop and a Orange Mango Mimosa, here are the ingredients:
Sparkling Lemon Drop:
· 1 oz lemon juice
· 1 oz Lemon Spindrift
· 1/2 oz simple syrup
· 1 oz Titos Vodka
Lemon slice and sprig of Rosemary for garnish.
Orange Mango Mimosa: Combine your favorite prosecco or champagne with Spindrift Orange Mango, 1 oz fresh Squeezed Mango Juice, and finish by garnishing with sliced strawberries, mandarin oranges and kiwi. Be sure to add a strawberry to your rim!
I served my drinks in these beautiful coupe glasses {these are the pink version and also my obsession!}.
I created my “Bar Station” under my patio using my Frontgate Emory Console Tables as the bar {I use these Consoles ALL the time for serving food at parties, and then the remainder of the time use for displaying plants and candles!}. In front of the bar, I placed my new Faux Podocarps Balls and Katie Planters from Grandin Road. I am so obsessed with these new planters because I am have a major navy and white moment. They also add that perfect touch of green to the space and don’t require watering! Hostess Goals!
Don’t miss all of the other decor from the Party in the event recap {see here}.
