Yes Way Frosé Party

Summer is here, I have perfected my Frosé recipe, so it was clearly time to host a little party for the girls. And what better way todo so, than to create an overly pink display with the most gorgeous blooms, floral prints, and pretty cocktails! I headed out to my patio to set up the display.

The centerpiece in today’s table really takes the cake. I bought this 36 hole acrylic flower box from Tassels Home Decor and filled it with an array of beautiful Spring flowers… ranunculus in various colors, anemones in rich and blush pinks, a few large peonies, and several bunches of delicate daisies. These boxes actually come in an array of sizes but I loved that the 36 hole really filled in the center of my table.

In terms of arranging, I actually found arranging this box easier than creating a normal flower arrangement. I continued to place and move things around, all the while trying not to put two of the same flower next to one another. If you want to stick to one type of flower, you can’t go wrong with roses throughout! Here’s an above view…

Since the centerpiece was so rich and lush I kept it simple otherwise, choosing a neutral round woven placemat, melamine dinner plates from Juliska, and gold flatware from West Elm. I chose my vintage floral napkins (similar) to tie back to the ‘floral’ theme and placed an individual flower at each place setting (leaving the stem long and just tucking it right inside the napkin ring).

Aren’t the glasses pretty? I chose gold rimmed coupes for the Frosé, smaller pink coupe glasses (similar) for wine and bubbly and Juliska acrylic footed goblets for water. I placed a small daisy in each of the drinks but if having a real flower near food/drinks makes you nervous, you can buy edible flowers at Whole Foods or purchase them online here.

I love to entertain under our covered patio in the summer time so I set up the party at our Frontgate Emerson Dining Table. To make the seating extra comfy, I added san accent pillows at the head chairs; I am obsessed with Frongate’s selection of Outdoor Pillows in all the various hues of blues – so pretty!!

And one new addition to the patio are these Katie planters from Grandin Road, which I chose in Neptune and White. Topped with Faux Podacarpus Balls, they add that “manicured lawn” feel to your outdoor space while being low maintenance!

So looking forward to cheers-ing the girls with these slushy Frosés. Cheers to summer!
