I am so excited to have partnered with Christofle for my 2020 Thanksgiving Table. Ever since I was a young girl I knew Christofle to be one of the most elegant brands (some of my grandmother’s favorite pieces were their silver!!), so I couldn’t wait to use their gorgeous pieces to create the most elegant table!!
I set my table using a mix of the brand’s heritage and modern designs. Christofle’s classic Malmaison flatware looks balanced when paired next to the more contemporary Vertigo candles sticks, creating a table that is both traditional and current.
For that “harvest meets refined” look, I created a lush centerpiece, layering faux green ivy garlands down the center of the table, mixing in arrangements in Metallized Glass Vases, and sprinkling in plum colored faux florals and glass pumpkins.
To complete the harvest celebration, I set a bar cart alongside the table so guests could easily refresh their drinks. Featured on the bar cart you will see Christofle’s new Bar Graphik champagne cooler and cocktail shaker.
The menu consists of our Thanksgiving favorites, like dinner rolls (on their individual plates), mashed potatoes (served in the Bangle Bowl from the Vertigo Collection), roasted root vegetables (served in the Silver-Plated Vegetable Dish with Lid from the Malmaison Collection), and rather than a turkey, a beautiful beef tenderloin (how stunning are the serving fork and knife from the Marly Collection!!).
While 2020 has been a hard year, I think Thanksgiving will be a meaningful time to gather round a beautiful table with loved ones, and share things you are thankful for!! Cheers!
