I love hosting in the Fall… there’s something about a lush pumpkin centerpiece and warm colors that just feels cozy.
For this evening’s table I used Villeroy & Boch’s premium porcelain Design Naif Collection, which is one of their most popular classic designs with colorful scenes from the countryside. I love that in the collection each plate is different and tells a story with picturesque landscapes, cheerful village scenes and charming farms, from a ride to the market, to a wedding procession, to Noah’s ark. For glassware I also used Villeroy & Boch; the green goblets are their well-known Boston Goblets (which I own in clear and blue!) and for wine, the very chic NewMoon Red Wine glasses.
For my centerpiece I laid fresh eucalyptus sprigs down the center of the table, then on top I placed a combination of wood, rattan, and plastic pumpkins in warm colors.
