A combination of the post-Holiday season hangover combo’d with the chilly temps has everyone looking to hibernate, so there’s no better way to gather friends together than a cozy movie night! To prep for the occasion, I wanted to share a display that’s bound to “wow” guests who were expecting a few boxes of movie candy flung on the coffee table. The “wow factor”… the prettiest “Movie Night Bar Cart”complete with my go-to popcorn, Angie’s BOOMCHICKAPOP, delicious macarons, and the cutest mini cans of bubbly!

I have been a long time fan of Angie’s BOOMCHICKAPOP. It’s made of whole grain, it’s so flavorful, and has a few simple ingredients; it’s amazing for every day healthy snacking or for tonight’s movie experience while keeping my New Year’s resolutions in check! For a true movie-going experience, I chose Angie’s BOOMCHICKAPOP in the classic Sea Salt Flavor {although the list of delicious flavors goes on from White Cheddar to Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn to Real Butter – um, yum!}. For serving, I found these awesome vintage-feel gold popcorn boxes so each guests could help themselves to a nice serving! Oh, and how fun is this “Popcorn Bar” sign I found on Etsy!

Instead of the usual movie candies, I wanted to dress up the display with an over-flowing cake stand of macarons. And to make the display uber “FH”, I decorated the cake stand with real hydrangea and roses, and doesn’t it look so pretty?! Last but not least, I wanted no fuss drinks, so I love these mini cans of champagne by Sofia Coppola Wines! Isn’t it adorable that they come with mini straws!

Now all that’s left is to have a few cozy throw blankets handy and you are set for the coziest and prettiest night!
