Whether you plan to host Christmas dinner for a few friends or the whole family, there is something really nice about taking the time to put together an extra special table. There are no ground breaking details to share on mine, but I really love how little details made it come together. I went with the usual plaids, reds, and gold theme, but added funky champagne flutes filled with a pomegranate champagne cocktail from this post and then created easy DIY napkin rings. Here is what I used to pull it all together…
I started with a plaid tablecloth and placed red Chilewich basketweave placemats on top for each setting. I especially loved my glassware for this table which included C. Wonder gold chevron water glasses {another good sale option here}, La Boheme champagne flutes {similar}, and classic Riedel wine glasses {it appears we will be enjoying a lot of drinks!}. To match back to the golds I used my West Elm gold flatware. For centerpieces I used my gold Christmas trees from Target {which I featured in this post}. And my DIY napkin rings were ‘Seasons Greetings’ hangtags {similar} tied around each of my napkins for that final festive touch.
