Caviar is Served!

Happy Hour just got a major upgrade thanks to The Caviar Co!! While I love welcoming guests with a cheeseboard, I thought something a bit more decadent would be well-received by this weekend’s guests and boy was I right!!
To make my Caviar Blinis, I placed a small dollop of Crème fraîche on each little pancake and topped with a little The Caviar Co caviar, smoked salmon, and finely chopped chives.
Paired with bubbly, I couldn’t imagine a better way to start the night (and definitely save this idea come the Holidays!!). Cheers to the weekend!!
