I have been so busy the last few weeks working on new partnerships and planning events, which has meant tons of meetings. So while many people prefer to have their back and forths via email or over the phone, I always prefer to have mine in person, and whenever possible, in my home. Why my house and not some trendy coffee shop? Because my house is a reflection of the Fashionable Hostess brand {so of course I throw a tour in the mix} but also because I take the opportunity to set up a cute spread for us to enjoy!

Remember I did a collaboration with H&M Home back in September sharing my picks from their home collection? Well they have the cutest entertaining pieces right now – specifically these sweet gold speckled tea cups and saucers and small porcelain bowls, and then how gorgeous are these vintage inspired relief-patterned glasses?! The tea cups immediately excited to me to serve tea and treats at my summer meetings, and just like the rest of my home, they were right on brand {and totally instagram worthy!!}. I couldn’t wait to share this perfectly girly set up with guests!

On the menu for my meetings: refreshing summer teas like watermelon and blueberry served in the H&M tea cups. Then sweet treats, like mini cupcakes {from Mishas Cupcakes in Miami} and little boxes of specialty candy, like these gummy pigs, from Sugarfina. For decor, I also picked up H&M Home gold candlesticks {in large and small} which I placed in the window sill next to a few decorative boxes.

Then you guys know I am such a fresh flower person… well, I was recently introduced to Venus et Fleur, a flower company that does these stunning boxes of roses that last an entire year! I kid you not! Due to a special proprietary formula that the roses are treated with by the team (totally safe, non-toxic and FDA approved), they are preserved and gorgeous to enjoy for an entire year! You can customize the color of the roses and the box color and shape, so I chose pink roses with a classic white box to match my office. Lastly, to take notes, I always have the cutest notepads and calendars handy for guests {which also serves as a “thanks for coming” gift!}. This todo list is from Emily Ley and the calendar from HomeGoods.

Be sure to shop some of my other H&M finds at the bottom of this post {I am also in love with this textured gold-rimmed pitcher and gold pineapple serving dish!}. Cheers to a productive end of summer! May all of your meetings be this pretty and productive!
