Mango Salsa Cups
I have been on the hunt for some fun new ways to serve classic appetizers so when I was browsing my butlers pantry and came across these small appetizer cups, I thought a serving size portion of salsa with a few chips for dipping would be a great way to dress up a regular crowd pleaser. To make this app summer-friendly I decided to whip up a fruity salsa that I served alongside organic chips! Hope this easy summer app is a hit at your next party!
Mango Salsa Recipe {as seen here}:
- 3 large tomatoes, stemmed and diced small
- 1 medium red onion, diced small
- 1 mango, diced small
- ½ pineapple, diced small
- 1 ½ jalapenos, seeds removed, diced small
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bunch cilantro leaves, chopped
- 3 limes, juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
Directions:
- Combine tomato, onion, mango, pineapple, jalapeno, garlic and cilantro in a bowl.
- Add lime juice, olive oil and salt and toss to combine.
- Place in small cups and garnish with a bit more mango and diced cilantro. Top with a few chips and serve!

I love this idea! It’s chic and simple- not to mention it’s a great way to avoid double-dippers. Thanks for sharing. http://www.jeansandatea.com
