I am so excited to share a glimpse into the “Brushes & Bubbly Event” I hosted at my home in Miami alongside event planner and blogger Jessica of The Celebration Stylist. Our goal was to bring together a group of Miami’s top bloggers and influencers for a night of painting, mingling, and delicious drinks and it exceeded our expectation. We partnered with an array of fabulous brands to bring the event to life and each one made it more gorgeous than the next! Get excited for some Pinterest-worthy photos!!

First things first, I cleared my foyer furniture to create a “vintage painting studio” space. We worked with South Florida Vintage Furniture Rental Company Love in Vintage who brought the most elegant wooden tables, mis-matched vintage chairs, and even the adorable chalkboard sign reading “Sip before you sit”. Then for flowers, we had the incredibly talented team of Always Flowers & Events create the prettiest mix of arrangements. I gave a closer look at what they created for each table – including a lush garland in this FH post.

I was also so excited to debut Lenox China’s newest china, the Casual Radiance Collection {just named by Architectural Digest a must-have trend!} at the event. I decided to do what I do best and set my dining table “dinner party style” so the gals could take it all in {all the details in this FH post}. The ladies then dined with the dinnerware during the cocktail hour.

The attendees were greeted by an adorable welcome sign designed by Small Moments alongside handsome bartenders serving our perfect end-of-summer beverages, Pampelonne Rosé lime Wine and Sangria, all served in their adorable mini cans with a straw! We then spent the first hour of the event mingling, snapping instagrams, and enjoying appetizers.

Next up was the painting class led by Bottles and Bottega {a company in Miami that does painting and wine parties}. Each guest had a canvas {from Shindigz}, paint brushes, and oil paint waiting for them at their seat and the teacher led a  class on how to paint florals. The bloggers enjoyed more cocktails and many laughs as they worked away perfecting their masterpieces. I must admit we had some fabulous artists in the bunch!

After the painting ended, we headed to the family room for dessert. We Take the Cake created two of the most gorgeous cakes for the event – this floral one below as well as painting themed one that was in the first few photos. To end the evening, guests took home Swoozies swag bags complete with Villeroy & Boch vases and Swoozies Cookie Jars.

It was such an amazing night and I must say that hosting event is becoming one of my new favorite elements to my business. I am really looking forward to hosting more throughout the holiday season!
